Our Commitment to the Deaf Community

We have established a partnership with the Deaf community founded on trust, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to improving accessibility. We maintain transparency in our operations and communications, striving to be a reliable partner and active ally.

We not only provide technological solutions that enhance communication for Deaf signers but also actively engage in listening and responding to the needs of the Deaf community, making sure their voices are heard and represented.

We participate in events, conferences, and workshops dedicated to accessibility and inclusion, striving to maintain an open and constructive dialogue with the Deaf community.

We closely collaborate with institutional representatives of the Deaf community, such as associations and non-profit organizations, to ensure that the solutions offered are effective and meet real needs.

These collaborations allow us to stay updated on the latest research, regulations, and best practices regarding accessibility and inclusion.

We are committed to directly involving individuals from the Deaf community in our work team and decision-making processes. 

By hiring Deaf individuals and specialists in Italian Sign Language (LIS), we ensure that our solutions are developed “with” the community, not just “for” the community.

Through our activities, we aim to contribute to the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, approved by the UN General Assembly.

Our activities focus on two of the 17 goals outlined, both internally and in collaboration with the companies we work with:

Goal 8

Decent Work and Economic Growth

This goal aims to promote sustained, inclusive, and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment, and decent work for all.

Target 8.5 aims to achieve, by 2030, full and productive employment and decent work for all women and men, including young people and people with disabilities, as well as equal pay for work of equal value.

Goal 10

Reduce Inequality

This goal seeks to reduce inequality within and among countries.

Target 10.2 aims to empower and promote the social, economic, and political inclusion of all, regardless of age, sex, disability, race, ethnicity, origin, religion, economic status, or any other factor, by 2030.
