Thanks to the collaboration with E-Cute, Deaf employees at Amazon can access LIS interpreters in real-time via a simple tablet. Whenever they need to communicate with colleagues or managers during their workday, they can activate an interpreter who instantly translates from voice to LIS signs and vice versa. The heart of this project is the E-Cute LIS interpreter team, led by industry veteran Federica Piccolo, always ensuring quality service. The interpreters, constantly updated on processes and new technologies, are an integral part of this system’s success.
