In our training, we dedicate a specific section to social awareness, aiming to prepare employees to interact with Deaf people even in the absence of LIS interpreters.

Through short courses led by native experts in Italian Sign Language (LIS), participants acquire basic knowledge to understand and use the correct terms, approaches, and interaction methods that foster inclusion, establishing clear and respectful communication.

Our specialists guide employees in using the E-Cute platform and its digital tools, offering practical sessions on how to access platform functionalities, manage three-way video calls (company – LIS interpreter – Deaf person), and open support tickets.
